Enhancement Weekend Aug 18th and 19th, 2012

Take your pick of 3 or 4 dives every 2-3 hours, all led by Aqua Sportís professionals. There is something for EVERY level of diver. Take a tour of the 1912 dam, the Cliffs in Lake Minnewanka, or the Fishbowl in Two Jack Lake, challenge your buoyancy skills with our new obstacle course, get tips on your fin kicking, learn how to deploy a surface marker, or try a (D)iver (P)ropulsion (V)ehicle, twin tanks, or sidemount diving. Make sure to sign up for your dives now and book your rentals for the enhancement weekend as both get booked early!! Call Aqua Sport TODAY so you're not disappointed. The event is free, but spaces are limited, so sign up early for your spots! Camping will be at Two Jack lake for the enhancement weekend. Charlene is currently working on reserving a loop. We Have Our Open Water Schedule Online

Summer is here and the diving season is upon us. We have our schedule for our open water certification dives on our website. If you need to do your open water dives don't wait until August to book the course date because you might end up doing the dives in October in the cold and snow. Schedule them now as the open water dive classes fill up very quickly !! It is a lot more fun to do your open water dives in July or August than it is in October. The ice is off the lakes and just in time for the diving season we have our schedule for our continuing education courses on our website. Don't wait till the end of summer to book your con-ed courses as we do fill up quickly !! We offer underwater photography, peak performance buoyancy, diver propulsion vehicles and so much more. HAVE YOU HEARD?

Banff Lake clean up on Sept 9 at the Lake Minnewanka Cliffs site - Dive briefing at 9 am.

Every year Aqua Sport goes out to Lake Minnewanka in Banff National Park Calgary to help clean up the lake around the cliff site. This is also a perfect first dive after completing your open water certification dives. You will meet lots of people that are excited about diving and maybe acquire some new dive buddies. Everyone is welcome. If you are a brand new diver this event will introduce you to our local environment and again lots of new dive buddies. Please don't be shy... Come out!! A dive buddy is not needed. We will give you one. We do ask that you register at Aqua Sport so we know how much food to bring. There is no fee to participate but you do need to supply or rent your own equipment. In case you didn't catch it, there will be free food!



HOLD THIS DATE!

Pumpkin Carving Contest - Oct 28th.

This event costs $5 per person, lunch is included. You must register and provide your own pumpkin in order to participate. There are always lots of great prizes.
