Enriched Air Diver Course - Jan 26

Enriched Air (Nitrox) courses will be running on:

January 26th at 9 am

February 23rd at 9am

March 23rd at 9am

The PADI Enriched Air Diver course is PADIís most popular specialty scuba diving course. Scuba diving with enriched air nitrox gives you more no decompression dive time. This means more time underwater, especially on repetitive scuba dives.

You can typically stay down longer and get back the water sooner. No wonder many divers choose this as their very first specialty.

What You Learn:

- Techniques for getting more dive time by using enriched air nitrox.
- Enriched air scuba diving equipment considerations.
- Enriched air considerations, including managing oxygen exposure, how to tell whatís in your scuba tank and how to set your dive computer.

Did you know your Enriched Air Diver course can be used towards your advanced certification? Start your advanced certification in the winter while the ice is on the lakes! Sign up now for Enriched Air!

A Whistle or a Snorkeling Vest Could be a Lifesaver!

Are you going on vacation with snorkelers? Have you thought about their safety? Sometimes they can be swept out a little farther than they would like and have to fight a current to get back to shore or to the boat. A snorkeling vest gives them optional flotation when they need it the most. They can leave it deflated and dive down with out any problems . When you get tired, inflate if half way or all the way so that you can relax and float on the surface till you are rested.

Snorkeling vests range from $59 - $139.

Having a $4 whistle on you so you can get the attention of people on shore or in nearby boats, in case you need their assistance to get back can be a lifesaver!

Not Quite Able to See Like You Used To?

Are you finding that you cannot read your gauge console? Perhaps a bit of a magnifier would help. We have a mask in stock that will help you read your gauges without breaking the bank. The XS Scuba Fusion GR mask is a +1.75 prescription on the lower portion of the mask so you can see your camera buttons or gauges. For a closer look check out the Gauge Reader Mask. We also stock negative lenses for masks for people that are near sighted.

Have you ever thought about what you do in your wetsuit? There are 2 kinds of divers, those that pee in their wetsuit and those that lie about it. Now, have you thought about the rental wetsuit that you are going to use on vacation? We have new, never been peed in shorty wetsuits on sale for $69.
