Send us an email and we will guide you threw that process. NOTE all masks lenses need to be cleaned with abrasive toothpaste like Crest before use. This takes off a coating that the manufacturer puts on during production. You can also take a lighter and burn the lens but this has risks of damaging the masks and there is no warranty if you melt your mask using this method. Every time you use your mask, you need to spit in your dry mask or use defog to prevent your mask from fogging up.
