The suit has a fold in neck suit like a drysuit, fold in wrists and ankles plus a beefy zipper. This stops 99% of the water from entering your suit so you stay toasty warm. It is old technology for neoprene so a bit of a workout to get into but for the price, it's worth the effort !!
